1. Digital purchases
Notes Vault PDFs and courses are digital content you can open as soon as you pay. Because of that, purchases are generally non-refundable once access is given, except in the cases below.
2. When we refund in full
- You were charged twice for the same item.
- You paid but the content didn't unlock, and we couldn't fix it within 3 working days.
- The file is broken, blank or clearly not what the listing described, and we can't replace it.
Email manikethanreddychalla20@gmail.com within 7 days of payment with the email you paid with, the date, and the payment reference.
3. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method (card, UPI or wallet) within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
